DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 days of purchasing, unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 5 days for larger items such as bags as everything is made to order and these take more time to make. UK postage is signed for & second class and should arrive within 2-3 workshop days. Items will not be posted on weekends or holidays. An email will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched. UK Delivery: Items will be sent via Royal Mail & need to be signed for upon delivery so bear this in mind when adding your delivery address in the order.

Worldwide Delivery:  I ship worldwide! Please add your address into the shopping cart page and the delivery will be calculated for your order. Delivery times are Europe: 3-5 working days. Rest of the World: 7-9 working days but these may vary slightly country to country. All international orders will be sent tracked and signed for to ensure they get to you as some countries postal services are better than others so this gives us both peace of mind that if your item does go missing it is covered by insurance.

RETURNS

I hope that you are very happy with your purchase, however I understand this might not always be the case. If you are not completely satisfied please contact me as soon as possible, then send your return within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the original condition with packaging undamaged. Items that have been personalised or custom made can only be returned if there is a fault with the item and can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from this website or Etsy. Please contact the stockist that you purchased the item from if you didn’t purchase from here. Please make sure items are adequately packed, I cannot be responsible for damaged returned items. I can only refund delivery costs when an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. Please note I do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. I suggest you use a recorded delivery service as I can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back. ORDER FULFILMENT

I  aim to correctly reflect my current stock level on all products. However there are rare occasions when a product ordered may not be in stock. In this case I will contact you via email and give you the option of waiting until the item is available, choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.

Can't decide what to buy? How about a gift voucher! Order your gift voucher in the shop and I will email you a Jpeg of the voucher to print out. Vouchers for workshops are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY leather products

Vegetable tanned leather goods will darken and develop a patina over time. They are more susceptible to marks and stains than chrome tanned leather goods s treating them with saddle soap, applied like shoe polish, every 6months-1 year will help protect them and keep the leather supple. For most leather items do not wash in water but wipe clean with a damp cloth.

For leather jewellery, avoid getting it wet and store in a box when not in use to avoid the metalware tarnishing
