From my studio in the Essex countryside, you can come and learn the art of leather craft whilst also making yourself your very own, unique belt! I will teach you the basics of leather work using vegetable tanned leather which you can decorate with specialist tools, emboss with your name or initials and dye a different colour if you so wish. Furthermore, you will also learn how to add a buckle with either rivets of stitching as well as placing the holes to finish off your belt!

This 3 hour course is perfect for beginner leatherworkers and will provide you with some of the basic skills and knowledge to go away and continue working with leather on your own if you so wish.

You will finish the session with a complete and unique belt as well as knowledge about different types of leather and leather working tools as well as a list of suppliers for tools and materials should you would like to continue your new hobby!
