If you have some sewing experience and fancy trying something a bit more challenging, why not come along and make yourself this very on-trend Camera Bag?! These versatile bags are all the rage at the moment and they are a classic too so it’s a win win situation! You have the option of adding some piping and a tassel adornment as well as choosing from a range or strap options (time permitting). These include piped edges, tooling, layered stripes or even painting! All sewing is done on one of my 3 INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINES which you will get to practice on first.
Tools, equipment and materials are all provided with a range of colours to choose from, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please contact me when booking to discuss your requirements. If you have a leather garment or jacket you would like to upcycle then let me know. The example here was made entirely from repurposed sofa covers!
Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day, you just need to bring a packed lunch.
Workshop duration: 1 day, 10am-6pm with 45 mins for lunch
Maximum 3 people at my Essex studio (from January 2023)

You work at your own speed and don’t feel rushed at all.
