Rosanna worked as a Design & Technology teacher for 10 years before launching her leather craft business. Just two years later, she authored Sew Luxe Leather (2018), featuring 20 step-by-step projects, templates, and tool guides for beginners.

A passionate advocate for reducing waste, Rosanna upcycles leather items like old jackets into meaningful new creations, such as handbags. Her ingenuity led to appearances on the BBC’s Money for Nothing (debuting in 2020), where she transforms discarded materials into beautiful products. See here and here for two subsequent episodes she appears in.

Rosanna shares her expertise through workshops at her Essex studio, accommodating individuals or groups of up to 6, as well as larger events for clients like Soho House and Spotify. For corporate events and away days, she caters to groups of up to 20.

She primarily uses reclaimed leather from the furniture industry or repurposes garments, supplementing with sustainably sourced leather from Europe. All products are handmade and packaged in eco-friendly materials, including recycled kraft boxes and compostable envelopes.
